Tifanie Gelinske has a work experience spanning over multiple years and positions. Tifanie began their career as an Employment Specialist at Lutheran Social Services - Center for New Americans in January 2000 and stayed in this role until August 2001. Tifanie then worked as an Administrative Assistant at DMS Health Technologies from September 2002 to September 2003. In April 2004, Gelinske joined the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation as the VP of Workforce Development, a position they currently hold.

Tifanie Gelinske has obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Psychology from North Dakota State University. In addition to their degree, they have also completed the Dale Carnegie Course in November 2013, offered by Dale Carnegie Training.
