Frank Ecklar is a retired professional with extensive experience in public transit planning and marketing. Frank worked at the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority for over 27 years, starting as a Transit Planner and eventually serving as the Director of Planning & Marketing. Prior to their time at GDRTA, Frank worked as a Transit Planner at the Central Ohio Transit Authority. Frank holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Transportation & Logistics from The Ohio State University.
