Ricky Hayden

Ricky Hayden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricky started their career as an Assistant High School Track Coach at Genoa Area High School in 2015. Later that year, they worked as an Athletic Communications Intern at Bowling Green State University. In 2016, they took on the role of Athletic Department Intern at Millikin University and also volunteered as a Ticket Office Volunteer at Bowling Green State University.

In 2016, Ricky ventured into professional sports as a Sales and Service Operations Crew member for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Ricky also worked as a Guest Services Associate for the Cleveland Browns during this time. In 2017, they served as a Ticket Office Intern at the Lake County Captains, where they assisted in sales responsibilities and event coordination.

In 2018, Ricky joined the Akron RubberDucks as a Ticket Sales Associate before transitioning to Wright State University as a Ticket Manager. At Wright State University, they were responsible for managing ticket operations. Their most recent role was at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, where they worked as a Data and Evaluation Specialist and later transitioned to a Case Manager position in 2020.
