Thomas Fitzpatrick is currently the Head of GCP Programme at Greater Cambridge Partnership, overseeing significant transport investments. Prior to this, Thomas was the Transport Programme Manager at Buckinghamshire Council and held various roles related to transportation projects and management at Buckinghamshire County Council. Thomas also has experience in property management and research. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Transport Planning and Management from the University of Westminster.
