Celia Richa is currently the SVP of Programs at Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Programs, Director of Programs, and Director of Public Programs at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate. Celia has also worked as a Senior International Policy Advocate at Futures Without Violence, as well as a Professional Staff Member, Legislative Assistant, and Staff Associate at the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs.
Celia Richa studied international relations at Boston University and Boston Latin Academy.
