JoAnn Parr has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. JoAnn served as the Director of Utilization Review and Continuing Care at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) since 2007. Prior to that, they worked at St. Joseph Medical Center as the Admissions Coordinator and Assistant Director of Nursing TCU from 2000 to 2007.

JoAnn Parr holds a Master's of Science in Nursing Leadership/Management from Stevenson University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they completed a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management from Stevenson University from 2014 to 2017. JoAnn'seducational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Stevenson University from 1999 to 2004.
