Sheila Oxtoby has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Great Yarmouth Borough Council since October 2016. Prior to this role, Sheila Oxtoby was Chief Executive at North Norfolk District Council from August 1997 to October 2016, and also held the position of Strategic Director Resources (s151) at North Norfolk District Council from July 2007 to January 2012. Sheila Oxtoby holds a degree in Geography and Economic History from Lancaster University, obtained between 1987 and 1990, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Bar Grammar School York, completed in 1987.
