Joseph Feldhaus is an IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in the IT Service Center at Empower Retirement since February 2016. Feldhaus's background includes work as a Desktop Support Technician and IT Consultant at Great-West Financial, along with previous roles as a Deployment Specialist and Desktop Support Specialist at multiple companies. An alumnus of ITT Technical Institute, Feldhaus graduated with Highest Honors in Network Systems Administration and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security. Joseph Feldhaus also has significant experience in military operations with the US Navy, where responsibilities included training coordination and machinery maintenance for over two decades.
