Douglas Orton possesses extensive experience in the transportation and insurance industries, currently serving as Senior National Accounts Executive at Great West Casualty Company since January 2013, while also holding roles such as Manager of Safety Services for the Southeast Region and Large Fleet Safety Professional. Prior to this, Douglas held the position of Transportation Operations Director at Performance Transportation Corporation from September 2008 to January 2013, overseeing all transportation-related functions. Douglas's earlier career at Schneider National spanned from 1990 to 2008, where responsibilities included Driver & Contractor Relations Manager, Director of Operations for the Bulk Division, Operating Center Manager, and Regulatory Services Manager. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ashland University, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and is a graduate of Brookfield East High School.
