Chris Wren is an experienced electrical specialist and project manager with a strong background in system integration and automation. Currently at Great Southern Wood Preserving since May 2020, Chris oversees electrical upgrades for Yellawood production plants, coordinating with engineers and contractors on new plant designs and construction. Prior experience includes project management roles at Amteck, LLC and Consolidated Electrical Contractors & Engineers, Inc., where duties focused on project management and CAD direction. Earlier roles include senior field technician at Roller Industrial and automation programming positions at Higgins Electric and Precision Robotics, where responsibilities involved PLC and HMI programming for various industrial and municipal systems. Chris holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from Wallace Community College in Electrical Engineering Technologies and Industrial Electronics Technology.
