Lisa Day has over 18 years of experience in customer experience and facilities management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience for Ready-to-fit and previously as the Head of Occupier Services and Regional Building Manager at GPE since September 2005, Lisa Day has developed extensive expertise in managing customer relations and building operations. Prior to this role, Lisa Day worked at the Food Standards Agency from August 2001 to September 2005 as the Assistant Accommodation Manager, further enhancing skills in property management and service delivery.
