Ranjit Patwardhan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the agricultural manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. since August 2019, Ranjit previously held the position of Project Engineer at AGCO Corporation for over eleven years, contributing to the New Product Introduction team and working on significant projects like the 9000 Series WHITE Planter Row Unit and the Pneumatic Seed Delivery System. Ranjit also gained experience as a Design Engineer at Satyam Computer Services, focusing on product improvements for Caterpillar Inc.'s Wheel Skidder, and as a Project Analyst at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where design projects involving light fabrication for agricultural equipment were coordinated. Ranjit holds an Executive MBA from Wichita State University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
