Michelle Meares is an experienced insurance agent at Meares Agency since July 2024, previously serving as a Recruitment and Retention Specialist at Great Plains Trucking from April 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist at Intel Corporation from December 2021 to February 2023, where Michelle specialized in building Boolean x-ray search strings to identify passive talent using various sourcing tools.
