Kale Downing is currently serving as an Associate Product Manager and New Product Introduction Engineer at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc., since June 2023. Previously, Kale held the position of Validation Engineer Intern at AGCO Corporation from May 2022 to August 2022. From May 2014 to August 2020, Kale worked as a Farm Foreman at Downing Farms. Kale earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, completing the program in May 2023.
