Brian Mooney currently serves as the President of the Burns Flat Office at Great Plains National Bank, a position held since July 2006. In this role, Brian specializes in consumer and commercial residential construction mortgage loans, small business lending, consumer loans, and all deposit needs. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Branch Manager and loan officer at Local Oklahoma Bank/IBC from July 2001 to June 2006. Brian Mooney's educational background includes studies at the University of Central Oklahoma, where coursework focused on History and History Teacher Education from 1991 to 1993, and a degree from the University of Oklahoma from 1987 to 1991.
