Colin Leddie is an experienced professional in the field of building surveying and contract management, currently serving as a Senior Contract Surveyor at Great Places Housing Group since December 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Investment Team and overseeing consultants and contractors for maintenance improvement programs across the North-West of England. Previously, Colin held positions as a Contract Surveyor at Great Places Housing Group, Building Surveyor at Bolton at Home focusing on asbestos management, and Contracts Manager at First Choice Homes Oldham where Colin directed planned maintenance and capital investment projects. Colin's career began at Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council, where roles included Area Building Surveyor and Technical Assistant, covering a wide range of property management tasks.
