Bradley Lyons is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Great Minds since December 2019. In this role, Bradley established a Business Development Representative (BDR) team, hired and managed ten BDRs, and implemented successful onboarding and training programs, leading to a notable $36 million pipeline growth in March 2023/2024.
