Gia Palomo is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving in a human resources role at Great Image Services Corporation since November 2023, Gia previously held various positions at Cadre from April 2021 to July 2023, including People Operations Associate and People Operations Coordinator. Prior to this, Gia was with Aurify Brands as People Operations Manager and People Operations Coordinator from September 2019 to October 2020. Experience at Pret A Manger as Recruitment Center Leader and Recruitment Advisor, along with an early career as a Junior Recruiter at SANS Consulting Services, underscores a strong foundation in recruitment and talent management. Gia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Hofstra University and has also studied at the University of Valencia. Currently, Gia is pursuing further education at De La Salle University.
