Courtney Miller is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and graphic design. Currently serving as a Product Designer at Great Gray Trust Company since May 2023, Courtney previously held a similar role at M&T Bank from January 2022 to May 2023. Prior to this, Courtney was a Senior UX Designer at PPG from April 2012 to January 2022, where guidance was provided to Agile teams on user experience strategy for a DIY paint color app and safety information systems. Courtney’s early career includes roles as a Digital Design Intern at BodyMedia, Graphic Designer positions at Carlisle Printing, and various ambassador and advisory positions during time at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes in March 2012.
