Liz Huldin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Liz currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Great Day Improvements, LLC, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's human resources functions. Prior to this, Liz was a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair at School Health Corporation.
In 2019, they founded Catalytic Talent, LLC, a consulting firm focused on driving change and transformation through collaboration and innovative thinking. Liz has also held executive positions at The Heritage Group, Gates Corporation, Boeing, Motorola, Honeywell, Inc., and Aeroquip Vickers/Eaton Corp, where they played key roles in human resources management, talent development, and organizational capability.
Liz Huldin attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Public Policy. Liz then went on to Wayne State University Law School, where they obtained their J.D. with honors. Liz also completed an Executive MBA program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
