Ronald Chibvongodze has a comprehensive work experience in finance and audit. Ronald began their career as an Audit Accounting and Advisory professional in various organizations from 2006 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Snr. Operations Audit Analyst at URS Corporation. Ronald then joined Western Forest Products as an Accountant in 2016. From 2016 to the present, Ronald has been employed by Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, starting as a Manager, Internal Audit and currently serving as the Director, Internal Audit. In this role, they are responsible for managing a team of finance and technology audit professionals, overseeing full-scope audits, maintaining audit relationships with regulators, and preparing reports for the audit committee and executives.

Ronald Chibvongodze has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Audit, Tax, Management Accounting, and Accounting. Ronald also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Banking, and Investment Management at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Additionally, Ronald pursued an Advanced Level education in Mathematics, Business Studies, and Accounting at the University of Cambridge. Ronald also holds a Master of Science degree in Risk Management from Birmingham City University.
