Esther Choi has a diverse work experience spanning several years in the hospitality industry. Esther began their career as a Reservations Intern at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2014. Esther then joined Chelsea Hotel, Toronto in 2016, where they worked as a Catering and Conference Services Coordinator, Reservations Agent, and eventually became a Revenue Manager. In 2022, Esther joined Great Canadian Entertainment as a Revenue Manager and later advanced to the position of Regional Director of Hotel Revenue Management in 2023.

Esther Choi graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the Ted Rogers School of Management - Toronto Metropolitan University in 2016.
