J.D. joined GBI in 2009 as CFO, Chairman and co-owner. He started his career in 1992 with GE Capital in their FMP program after graduating magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from the University of Utah. He later earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania before joining DLJ and later Credit Suisse as a Vice President of investment banking. Prior to joining GBI, J.D. provided strategic, operational and financial consulting services to companies in the service and manufacturing sectors.
