Shane Baldwin is an experienced professional in database design, architecture, and administration, currently serving as the Manager of Database Design/Arch/Administration within the Data Management group at Great American Financial Resources since June 2006. In this role, Shane oversees the SEEK BI/DW program as a Technical Architect, managing all aspects of infrastructure, architecture, security, databases, and operations, while leading a team of 2-3 individuals. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Data Architect and DBA at General Cable from June 2000 to June 2006, where Shane contributed to various data warehouse projects. Earlier career endeavors included roles as a Programmer Analyst at Great American Insurance and Nationwide Insurance, beginning in 1995. Shane's educational background encompasses attendance at multiple conferences and degrees from Shawnee State University and training at New Horizons.
