Samuel Silva is an experienced supervisor with a strong background in collections, having held the position of Supervisor de cobrança at GRB Services do Brasil since January 2023, overseeing collections for Safra Veículos and GMAC. Previously, Samuel served in the same role at Flex Relacionamentos Inteligentes for Santander Cartões from December 2021 to December 2022, and at R Brasil Soluções for Itaú cartões from May 2013 to September 2021. Samuel began a career in collections as an Agente de negociação with Banco Pan and Itaú massificados, and later advanced to Assistente de supervisão at Itaú cartões. Samuel holds a degree in Processos Gerenciais from Centro Universitário FAM.
