Julia Cook has extensive experience in supply chain management and production planning, currently serving as a Category Buyer for Packaging and DTC Ingredients and previously holding roles such as Portfolio Projects Delivery Manager, Planning Manager, and Production Planner at graze since May 2015. Julia manages over 300 SKUs across UK and USA markets, overseeing end-to-end production planning, scheduling weekly manufacturing requirements, and ensuring adequate raw material availability. Prior to graze, Julia was a Supply Chain Leader at Fortress Interlocks UK Ltd, where responsibilities included managing inventory levels and analyzing shortage reports to enhance delivery performance. Julia holds a Joint Honours degree in Business Management and Economics from De Montfort University, completed in 2013.
