Prior to this role, Lance held managerial positions at Isbell Construction and Rogers Group Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing asphalt plant operations. Lance's career began at Reed Contracting Services, where a significant tenure as Plant Operations Manager was completed from September 2002 to March 2021, further establishing expertise in the field of asphalt production and management.
