Adam Craft has a versatile work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Adam has held positions such as Vice President of Operations at Grayscale Marketing, where they developed and implemented strategic plans, managed resources, and improved operational processes. As an Independent Consultant, Craft worked on various projects from 2021 to 2022. At UpPurpose | For Social Good, they served as Vice President of Platform Success, overseeing the creation and development of a content distribution SAAS platform and assisting non-profit clients. Adam also held the role of Vice President of Platform and Services at United Way, focusing on content distribution and collaborating with charities. In their earlier career, Craft worked at Bottle Rocket as VP of Project Management, managing project teams and overseeing project strategies. Adam also served as an Associate Producer and Interactive Project Manager at TRIGGER GLOBAL INC., handling project concepts, development, and delivery for clients in the movie industry. Craft has also worked as a Project Manager at Chief Ingredient, managing digital marketing campaigns, and as a Marketing Director at Blazon, coordinating marketing activities. Their early work experience includes roles at eStudySite and Excell Research in physician relations and clinical research coordination.

Adam Craft earned a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2010. Adam then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) at West Virginia University from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a Scrum certification from Scrum.org, and in 2018, they became a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc.
