William T. has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2015. William began their career as an Operations Support Analyst at Sony, before joining Verizon Business as a Network Security Analyst in 2016. Later in 2016, William joined BT as a Cyber Security Engineer, and most recently, they have been working as a Remote Consultant & Supporting Engineer at Graylog, Inc. since 2022.

William T. began their education in 2014, studying Information Technology at Laurel Ridge Community College. William then continued their studies in Cybersecurity at Northern Virginia Community College from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they obtained the GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) from GIAC Certifications in March 2016. In 2017, they began their Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity at the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they are still pursuing.
