Tomas Dvorak has been working in the software development industry since 2007. Tomas began their career as a PHP programmer at Netspring s.r.o. in 2007. Tomas then moved to Elektro Euron spol. s r.o. in 2008, where they worked as an IT administrator. In the same year, they began working at IVITERA a.s. as a software development manager and java developer. Tomas also worked as a freelance software/web developer for their own company, Tomas Dvorak, from 2008 to 2014. During this time, they worked on open source projects, non-profit project odcizena-vozidla.cz, web presentations for customers, and data mining. Tomas also performed webapp security audits. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a software developer at SKIDATA AG. Since 2021, they have been working as a software engineer at Graylog, Inc.

Tomas Dvorak has a comprehensive education history. Tomas obtained a Bc degree in Computer Science and Engineering - Information Technologies from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen between 2005 and 2009. Tomas then went on to obtain an Ing degree in Computer Science and Engineering - Software Engineering from the same university between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Coursera and MongoDB Inc, such as Principles of Reactive Programming, Machine Learning, Functional Programming Principles in Scala, R programming, Cryptography I, MongoDB for DBAs, MongoDB for Java Developers and Human Research/Data or Specimens Only Research.
