Martina Kohn has over 10 years of work experience. Martina began their career in 2012 as a PhD student at ETH Zurich. In 2016, they joined KRÜSS - Advancing your Surface Science as a R&D Manager and Product Manager. In 2021, they moved to Eppendorf Group as an agile Project Manager (R&D) for an innovation project in laboratory automation. Currently, they are working as an Engineering Team Lead at Graylog, Inc. since 2022.

Martina Kohn obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from ETH Zürich in 2016. Prior to that, they achieved a Master's Degree in Nuclear and Particle Physics from The University of Göttingen in 2011 and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the same university in 2009. Martina also holds certifications in Innovation Master from TriS Europe Innovation Academy (2021) and Project Management CCI from Handelskammer Hamburg (2018).
