Florian Popp has worked in various roles since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Bike Messenger & Dispatcher for Göttinger Kuriersysteme (GKS). From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Sales Consultant for Bergwelt. In 2013, they began working for Graylog, Inc. in various roles, including Director of People & Culture, Global Human Resources Manager, Global HR Generalist, Project Manager, Quality Assurance, Office Manager, Team Assistant, and Community Management Intern.

Florian Popp received a Diploma in Political Science, Sociology, Economics, and Law from The University of Göttingen between 2005 and 2013.
