Sophie Denham has a diverse work experience starting from 2016 onwards. In 2016, they worked as a Waitress at Nando's UK & IRE until December 2017. In 2018, they worked as Bar Staff at Oatlands Park Hotel from March to April, and later worked as Client Engagement at Hays in June and August. In 2019, they were a Recruitment Resourcer - Executive Support at Hays from June to August. In 2021, they joined Siren Communications as PR and Digital Content Team Support from July to October. Currently, they are working at Grayling, where they started as an Account Executive in October 2021 and later became a Senior Account Executive from July 2022.

Sophie Denham began their education at Heathside from 2015 to 2017, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, they attended the University of Leeds from 2017 to 2021, earning a BA Hons International Relations (International) 2:1 degree. In 2019, Sophie enrolled at the City University of Hong Kong, completing their BA Hons in International Relations between 2019 and 2020. Additionally, in 2020, they briefly attended Seoul National University for an additional BA Hons degree in International Relations.
