Shirley Kettler has a diverse work experience history. Shirley most recently worked at Grayling as a Senior Account Manager, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Account Manager at the same company from July 2021 to May 2023. Shirley also worked as a Senior Consultant at Grayling from November 2020 to June 2021. Before joining Grayling, Shirley was employed at WE Communications as a Client Executive from September 2019 to October 2020, and as a Client Coordinator from February 2018 to August 2019. Shirley had an internship as a PR Communications Intern at Wilde Skincare from June 2017 to September 2017. Shirley's early work experience includes working as Cabin Crew at Singapore Airlines from March 2013 to April 2015, and as an Emcee/Host as a freelancer from April 2011 to March 2013. Additionally, they had a Marketing Internship at the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency from August 2012 to February 2013.

Shirley Kettler received their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, from the University of Melbourne. Shirley attended the university from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in Marketing from Nanyang Polytechnic, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Shirley has obtained several certifications, including being certified in Digital Marketing from Squared Online in October 2019. Shirley also holds certifications in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy, as well as Google AdWords from Google, all obtained in December 2017. Furthermore, they completed programs in Build Relationships with Customers and Deliver Service Excellence from Workforce Singapore in July 2012. In 2007, Shirley participated in the Youth Leaders and Mentors Programme organized by the National Youth Council in Singapore.
