Kamil Gryko has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Kamil most recently worked at Grayling as a Senior Account Manager starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of PR & Communications at emiteo from December 2020 to September 2022. Kamil also worked at Siemens Healthineers as a Corporate Communications Officer in 2019, and at Forward PR as a Senior Key Account Manager from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held positions as a Public Relations Manager at SPI International, Kino Polska TV SA, and Stopklatka SA.

Kamil Gryko has studied at the University of Warsaw, where they pursued an interdisciplinary program called "Międzywydziałowe Indywidualne Studia Humanistyczne" without completing a degree. Kamil also enrolled at the University of Warsaw to study law, but there is no information on the completion of this degree either.
