Dominic Lynch has a range of work experience, starting in 2019 as a Customer Assistant at London Calling, where they provided excellent customer service and managed stock inventory. In 2021, they volunteered as a Fundraiser at Barnardo's. In 2022, they worked as an Intern at Luther Pendragon. More recently, in 2023, they joined Grayling as an Account Executive.

Dominic Lynch's education history begins in 2012 when they attended The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School, where they completed their GCSEs in various subjects. From 2017 to 2019, Dominic continued at the same school and pursued A Levels in Politics, History, and Economics. Subsequently, in 2019, they enrolled at the University of Bristol to pursue a degree in Politics and International Relations, specializing in Political Science and Government. Additionally, in 2018, Dominic obtained a Grade 7 Piano certification from ABRSM.
