Thomas Garvin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thomas started their career in 1988 as a Project Engineer at Northrop Grumman where they managed electronic counter-measures operations. From 1998 to 2005, they worked at Panasonic as a Senior Sales Engineer, responsible for introducing and qualifying new equipment and processes, as well as project managing breakthrough product development. Thomas then worked at Motorola in 2006 as a New Product Introduction Engineer. Following that, they joined Rathsburg Associates Inc. as a Sales Engineer, focusing on researching and pursuing new OEM customers in the high technology electronics industry. At CSA Group, they held two roles, both as a Strategic Account Manager and as a Midwest Regional Account Manager, where they developed business strategies and managed client relationships. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a National Account Executive at DREISILKER Electric Motors Inc., providing electric motor sales and services. Currently, Thomas works at Grayhill as a Sales Engineer, where they provide technical guidance to achieve sales goals and communicates directly with customers regarding projects and product development.
Thomas Garvin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Business Administration from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. Prior to their graduate studies, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College. Thomas completed their high school education at Benet Academy in Lisle, IL.
