Amanda Santiago, LMSW, has a diverse range of work experience in the social work field. Amanda currently holds the position of Services Manager at Grayce, where they have been employed since November 2022. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Grayce from May 2022 to November 2022. Additionally, they served as a Grayce Expert from June 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Grayce, Amanda worked as an LMSW at Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center from January 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Maricopa Integrated Health System as an LMSW from January 2016 to January 2019. Amanda began their social work career as a DCS Specialist III at the Arizona Department of Child Safety from June 2014 to December 2015.

Through their various roles, Amanda has gained valuable experience in service management, learning and development, and social work in healthcare and child welfare settings.

Amanda Santiago, LMSW, earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2012 until 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of San Francisco, which they attended from 2008 to 2012.
