Nick Malone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the retail industry. Nick began their career in 2003 as an Internal Consultant at HBC, where they focused on process engineering services. Nick then moved on to Lowe's Companies Canada in 2006, where they held various roles including Supply Chain Director and Merchandising Director for Seasonal & Appliances. In 2016, they joined Canadian Tire Corporation as an AVP for Gardening and Outdoor Tools. Nick later returned to Lowe's Canada in 2017 as a Senior Director in Central Merchandising and eventually became the Vice President of Merchandising. In 2020, they joined Mama Earth Organics as the Chief Curation Officer. Nick's most recent role is Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Graybar Canada, where they started in 2022.

Nick Malone completed a Diploma in Engineering from Saint Mary's University from 1998 to 2000. Nick then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering at Dalhousie University from 2000 to 2003.
