Nihar Prabhu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nihar started their career as a Junior Associate at Neha Gujare and Associates in 2018, where they worked until 2019. After that, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Developer, leading the Global Banking Product in Mumbai and overseeing the integration of Safe Deposit Vaults in the banking product. Nihar also served as an Agile Scrum Master, leading a multi-cultural 9-member Agile Project Team and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Safe Deposit Vaults, Retail, and Pricing Services. In 2021, Nihar worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Duke University, where they provided technical assistance and monitored the progress of a class of 35 students. Currently, they are working as a Project Management Intern at Gray and is expected to take on the role of Project Engineer in 2023.

Nihar Prabhu completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in the years 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Engineering Management degree at Duke University, starting in 2021. Nihar has also obtained several additional certifications, including "Primavera P6 Essential Training" from LinkedIn in June 2022, "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" from IBM in January 2021, and "Agile E1 Practitioner" from Tata Consultancy Services (obtained month and year not provided).
