Matthew Wade's work experience begins in 2019 when they worked as a Construction Superintendent Intern at Luxon Contracting, LLC for five months. Following this, they joined ACE Consulting Company, LLC as a Junior Consultant from October 2019 to May 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Field Operations Intern at Cooper Steel from May to November. During this time, they gained experience in quantity take-offs and finalizing Guaranteed Maximum Pricing. In 2020, they also worked at Gray as a Project Management Intern, where they assisted in the development of procurement packages. Currently, Matthew is working for Gray as a Project Engineer. In their current role, they focus on establishing and maintaining safety and QA/QC standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing project schedules.
