Jake Millard has a strong background in engineering and operations management. Jake started their career as a Construction Manager at The Dennis Group, LLC in 2007 and held the position until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Plant Engineer at Taylor Farms, where they managed a team of mechanics and had direct responsibility for an ammonia system. Millard then moved on to Golden State Foods, where they served as a Senior Operations Manager/Engineering Manager from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they worked at Thermo Pac, LLC as the Director of Engineering from 2015 to 2017. Millard then held the position of Director of Engineering at Rudolph Foods from 2017 to 2021. In 2022, they joined Spencer Bristol Engineering, a Gray Company, as the Director of Food and Beverage. Currently, Millard is a Project Executive at Gray, starting in 2023.
Jake Millard attended the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 1995 to 1998. Jake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Engineering.
