Clayton Karsner has work experience as a Field Engineer and Field Intern at Gray, starting in 2022. Clayton also served as the President of the ACI Student Chapter from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a CIM Laboratory Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University from August 2022 to December 2022. Clayton was also a Field Intern at Gray in 2022 and 2021. In addition, Clayton served as the Chaplain of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity from November 2020 to December 2021.

Clayton Karsner attended Boyle County High School from 2015 to 2019, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field of study during this time. Clayton then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management with a focus on Concrete Contracting at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, Clayton has obtained certifications in Concrete Flatwork Finisher and Technician, as well as Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I (CFTT), both from the American Concrete Institute.
