Ashleigh Harris has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and construction. Ashleigh started their career as a Preconstruction Intern at Gray in 2020 and later interned at L&M Design Build Furnish as a Construction Intern in 2021. In 2021, they returned to Gray as a Preconstruction Intern. Ashleigh then joined Auburn University Student Government Association where they held various roles, including Director of Photography and Director of Media Operations. Ashleigh also served as a Senator for the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction. In 2022, they began working at Gray as a Project Engineer. Additionally, Ashleigh served as an Ambassador for Auburn University College of Architecture, Design, and Construction from 2020 to 2022.

Ashleigh Harris attended Auburn University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Building Construction with a focus on Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology. In addition to their academic achievements, Ashleigh also acquired additional certifications. In May 2021, they received their OSHA 30 Hour Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. Furthermore, in February 2021, they became Procore Certified through Procore Technologies.
