Vicky Fang is the Managing Principal at Gray Reed Advisory Services. Previously, Vicky worked at Cprocity as an Advisor and co-founded Mergeflo. Vicky has extensive experience in M&A consulting and has held various leadership roles at companies such as RGP, PwC, TRAVELCLICK, Tyco Flow Control, Goldman Sachs, and Ernst & Young. Vicky holds an MBA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
