Bernard Melhem is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and supervision. Since August 2021, Bernard has been serving as an IT Helpdesk Agent Supervisor at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon, having previously held the position of Junior IT Helpdesk Agent within the same company. Prior to this role, Bernard worked as an IT Support Technician at the Lebanese American University from September 2019 to May 2020. Academically, Bernard holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Ipnet-Dekwaneh, earned between 2019 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in General Sciences obtained from Deddeh Official High School in 2014.
