Trajan Bayly

Trajan Bayly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Trajan is currently the CEO and founder of Gray Falkon, a technology company that focuses on solving illegitimate seller problems on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.com. Prior to this role, they served as the CEO of ADDICTABLE from 2017 to 2018.

In 2015, Bayly was the CMO of PurePredictive/adictable.com, where they were responsible for strategy, product management, customer/account management, marketing, sales, and general operations. During this time, they also drove partnership strategies and growth programs.

From 2005 to 2014, Bayly worked at GE in various roles. Trajan started as a member of the Experienced Commercial Leadership Development Program (ECLP) and delivered impact for four GE businesses and the global enterprise. Subsequently, they held positions as the Director of Marketing: Strategic Pricing and Innovation, the Director of Healthymagination Commercial Operations, the Chief Marketing Officer of GE Licensing, and the Global Marketing Director. In these roles, Bayly initiated projects to enhance the enterprise value of GE and capture new revenue through leveraging the GE brand as a commercial asset.

Bayly's earlier career includes roles as a Finance Operations and Risk Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, a Marketing Manager at Ernst & Young, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Guru Labs, and an Area Sales Manager at WinAir Airlines. In these positions, they focused on areas such as finance, marketing, sales, and brand development.

Trajan Bayly pursued their education chronologically, starting with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. Trajan attended the University from 1993 to 1998. After that, Trajan proceeded to pursue an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business with a focus on Strategy and Marketing. Trajan attended Duke University from 2003 to 2005. Moreover, Trajan Bayly acquired a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE, which was obtained in June 2007.
