Jen Udron is an experienced professional specializing in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Gravity Payments since June 2021, Jen's prior roles include I/S Agile Project Manager and various positions at Mutual of Omaha from July 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities ranged from project management to talent development. Jen also has a background in administrative support and operations, including serving as Executive Assistant to the Head of School at Brownell Talbot School and Accounting & Payroll Supervisor at Ralston Public Schools, responsible for managing significant monthly vendor payments. Additionally, Jen co-owned Crescent Moon Alehouse from February 1996 to May 2009, overseeing all aspects of a high-volume restaurant and expanding the business into a craft beer retail store. Earlier experience includes acting as Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing & Packaging Design at ConAgra Foods.
