Lizz Broesel, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of HR at Whisknladle Hospitality since June 2013, where responsibilities include developing organizational strategies, establishing HR objectives, and implementing various human resources initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Rockin' Baja Lobster spanning from HR Specialist to Senior General Manager, alongside positions at Mama's Kitchen as a volunteer and at P.F. Chang's as a server/bartender. Lizz's early involvement with Special Olympics Southern California demonstrates a commitment to community service. Lizz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach, completed in 2005.
