Dale Schuss has over 30 years of diverse work experience in various roles related to facility and property management. Dale is currently working as a Portfolio Facilities Manager at Gravity Co-Living since 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of Randall North Real Estate Services Inc from 2008 to 2022, where they built a team of 16 employees specializing in facility and property management. Randall North was later acquired by Pacific Quorum/Bayview.

Before starting their own company, Dale Schuss worked as the Manager of Property Operations at Greater Victoria Housing Society from 2006 to 2008. Dale also served as a (Regional) Facility Manager at Brookfield Johnson Controls from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Realtor/VP Property Management at Dorset Realty Group Canada Ltd. from 1990 to 2001.

Dale Schuss has additional experience as a Property Manager (Strata/Condominium) at Compton Steel & Associates Ltd. from 1992 to 1993, and as an Account Executive at Georgia Pacific Securities from 1989 to 1990.

Dale Schuss has a diverse education history. In 1985, Dale earned a High School Diploma from Richmond Senior High School. From 1987 to 1989, Dale attended Vancouver Community College (VCC) at the Langara College Campus and studied Business. In 1988, Dale enrolled at the Canadian Securities Institute and completed the Canadian Securities Course. In 1993, Dale continued their studies at the Canadian Securities Institute and completed the Cdn Investment Finance course. Moving forward, Dale pursued education in real estate and attended The University of British Columbia from 1989 to 1997, where they obtained a Real Estate Pre Licensing qualification.

In more recent years, Dale has expanded their knowledge in various fields. From 2019 to 2022, Dale pursued a Diploma in Public Relations at the University of Victoria. Additionally, in 2013, Dale obtained the Sustainable Facility Professional (SFP) certification from Rice University, specializing in Facilities Planning and Management. Continuing their professional development, Dale acquired the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from IFMA in December 2020.

Continuing with their commitment to continuous learning, Dale has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, Dale obtained the Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from BOMI International. In March 2013, Dale obtained the Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) certification from IFMA. In April 2022, Dale achieved the AssocRICS accreditation from RICS. Furthermore, in February 2022, Dale obtained the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification from IFMA. Lastly, in 1997, Dale acquired the Managing Broker's License (Trading, Rental, and Strata) from the Real Estate Council of BC.
